Akhil, Director AIRCOM CNS Services, currently has overall responsibility for the development of SITA's air/ground data link communications services to the world's air navigation service providers.
Akhil played a significant role in the development of the ICAO ATN SARPs during his employent with UK NATS back in the 1990's as the nominated UK ICAO ATN Panel Member. More recently he has been spearheading SITA's development of regional ADS-B services in the ASIA/PAC region in partnership with Airservices Australia.
